Sample Great Coffee

Attend Coffee Classes/ Demonstrations

Explore Custom Coffee Roasting

Our state of Louisiana has a fine tradition of great coffee. Much of America’s coffee arrives through southern ports. Southern roasters have perfected the art of the dark roast. Southern chefs have explored the nuanced use of coffee flavors. Great coffee innovators have developed new brewing techniques, new tools and new recipes to try. All will be meeting in Lafayette to share their coffee insights and experiences with you.

More than a dozen specialty coffee roasters will pour samples of their best brews. Coffee enthusiasts can attend classes, see brew method demonstrations, learn about the flavor coffee wheel, watch green coffee get roasted to perfection and mingle with coffee industry exhibitors. If you're into coffee, we've got you covered! $12 general admission per person ages 12 and up. Children under 12 admitted at no charge if adult supervision is provided.

Come attend the largest food trade show in our state with CERTIFED LOUISIANA!!

More than a two-day tradeshow—it’s the crossroads of global culinary excellence and Louisiana hospitality.

If you’re in the business of feeding folks, serving up good times, or creating unforgettable hospitality experiences, the LRA Showcase is where you need to be. This isn’t your typical tradeshow—it’s Louisiana’s ultimate gathering for restaurants, bars, hotels, caterers, clubs, and decision-makers ready to level up with the latest products, trends, and connections.

In 2026, the Showcase takes on an even bigger stage: nestled between four world-class competitions—the Pastry World Cup Americas, Bocuse d’Or Americas, the Great American Seafood Cook-Off, and the Four Roses Bourbon Global Expedition Cocktail Competition. That means more energy, more traffic, and more opportunities for you to connect with qualified buyers from across the Gulf South and beyond.

Certified Louisiana Booths are available to current CERTIFIED LOUISIANA members only.

By attending with Certified Louisiana, your company’s booth will be within the Certified pavilion and you will have the opportunity to market your product to thousands of attendees, as well as learn about other local businesses and products.
